The experience with Goettling was purely distinguished, from the day Alaa and the team visited me in my apartment to the day they handed over the project not a single concern , not a single delay or deviation from what we have chosen. We bought a new kitchen from Goettling. Antonio was our day-to-day contact person. He organized the entire process impeccably. Experience with local contracting firms can sometimes be less than pleasant, while with Antonio, this was the best experience we had on a home renovation project.

He came to our place a few times; took very detailed measurements (does not always happen in Dubai), he then designed a 3-D model of our kitchen in a computer simulation platform where we were able to see exactly how the kitchen would like in our place. He also brought in technical team to make sure they properly identify all the plumbing / electrical contracting work.

Whenever we had a question or challenge we were able to talk to Antonio. He was always very responsive, attentive and patient with us.

All-in we are very happy with the entire experience and our new kitchen!

We visited many kitchen companies but it was very obvious from the first interaction with Alaa Kassab that Goettling was the only choice in Dubai. To make short otherwise would spend long time explain why here are the top reasons:

1. The communication is by the far the best that I have seen from any contractor in the UAE. Alaa is just phenomenal – she was even available to answer our questions and concerns even on her holiday and weekends!

2. The design phase with the automated computer without any upfront fees made it really easy to visualize the kitchen of our dreams in a very short time, in fact on the first visits without even an appointment

3. The knowledge about the high level and low level details was outstanding, if you are into details Alaa is super detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable you will save a lot of time on every aspect of the process

4. The company is so focused on customer success that even the owner dropped by in one of the meetings to say hello, I asked why should go for Goettling ? He said something that I really could grasp. He said that all high quality German kitchens are great, what sets them apart is the quality of the installers, designers, the worktops, the knowledge that local dealers provide to the end user. You can have the most expensive kitchen brand but without the local team knowledge and skills it will turn out worse than a much lower quality one.

5. When it came to post sales, most fear this stage however we noticed that the level of service was as good if not better than before the purchase especially with scheduling, installation, options, revisions, alterations, and last minute requests were all simple and straight forward with the highest level of flexibility and reaction speed

6. Post installation and hand over most contractors disappear, however we actually received more visits after to attend to the tiniest details without any attitude and always with a big smile which really I have never seen this level of post sale service anywhere in the world

If you want the best quality, with the best service, and the best post sale support along with an amazing looking and functioning kitchen, in my opinion there is no need to waste anytime speaking to anyone other than these guys and you will be guaranteed to have the best contractor experience of your like and this is a 100% end user review with no influence or interests.

We spent a long time with the designer perfecting what we wanted and he was extremely responsive and helpful. The final outcome looks just like the plan! They are motived at each step to ensure you get what you want – and that doesn’t stop once you make the order. Even during installation the attention to detail and desire to please is great. We have a Schuller kitchen in the UK – which is why we went for one in Dubai and are very happy we made that decision.

Really great experience. The store is interesting, Janice provided great info and support right from helping me select the products to having them installed – It took us several months to complete since my house was under renovation. Janice was patient, helpful and reaponsive through it all, even when she was on leave. There on Shivan managed the installation, he would show up on time; worked efficiently and cleanly. From beginning to end, Goettling Interiors has been amazing. The people working there are very knowledgeable and they have a lot of choice regarding materials and fit outs. I have seen many kitchen suppliers in Dubai and finding the right kitchen at the right price for the right quality is not easy, however I believe I have found it with Goettling. The communication between Goettling and the demolishment company ripping out the original kitchen went perfect. I was not even there for the most of the works as I travelled. I felt super comfortable and assured that the works would be done perfectly. My kitchen was installed just before Covid and I must say that this new kitchen has changed my life. From a closed, super small and dark wooden kitchen to a large, airy, open planned, highly functional eyecatcher. The kitchen made me host more, cook more, bake more. I even made my work station on the bar counter. All my office supplies, printer and shredder is meticulously disguised in one of the kitchen cupboards. Because of my amazing kitchen, I decide to go out less and I feel so much more at home. I genuinely feel happier and I feel proud of my new house. Goettling did an absolutely fantastic job with our new kitchen last year!! We purchased our entire kitchen from them after consulting with Shantal. They delivered everything on time as promised and did an excellent job with execution. We really couldn’t be any happier with them, especially Shantal. She was genuinely helpful in the design process, and her experience clearly showed as she took the time to understand our aesthetic and the space we could work with. Her suggestions and recommendations were also very practical in helping us buy everything within a budget (that she really helped us discover!). The fit-out team and technicians also are clearly experienced and professional, and they also promptly addressed snagging issues whenever these appeared. Their after-sales support has also been really great. We had considered at least a couple of other kitchen vendors before visiting the Goettling showroom at U-Bora Tower in Business Bay. We decided we must go ahead and work with them just a few minutes after seeing the showroom and speaking with Shantal. We are also very pleased with the Occhio lighting in the kitchen! Our 6-year old daughter thinks these work using “magic”. Everyone who has been to our house has really loved our kitchen. In pretty much all cases I know exactly what I want before any shopping and evaluate multiple vendors before a decision, but with GOETTLING INTERIORS it was an exception as it was the first and only kitchen remodeler that I met for my kitchen renovation project and it only took me 54 hours between stepping in to their office and until we agreed on the deal and signed a contract. If you like German quality, whether be in cars or machinery, you will not be disappointed with GOETTLING INTERIORS. “At the beginning of the year my wife and I decided to do some renovations to our three bedroom apartment in the Green Community. The scope of the renovation was to include the entire kitchen and some of the bathrooms. Having previously been down this road in South Africa, I dreaded the thought of starting this project. It’s always difficult dealing with builders, as most times the job never gets completed on time or to the standard you would expect. To start off we looked at a few the potential kitchen companies in Dubai to get an idea of the process involved and costs. After getting a few references we finally decided to use Goettling Interiors to do the kitchen.
