It hits you – the deep calming zen energy as soon as you take your first step inside this beautiful family home. Nestled in the flourishing Green Community (DIP), this villa has been upgraded entirely based upon the clear vision of the discerning villa owners. Clean lines, muted beige pastels and statement pieces is the interior design language for this home.
Based on this design brief, we created a Schüller German kitchen that maximized the storage and function of the closed kitchen yet maintaining the minimal aesthetic. White laminate doors combined with white interior carcass, topped with Silestone Calacatta Gold worktop, the kitchen is completely achromatic.
Simplified elegance, amplified efficiency – defines this kitchen.
A series of tall, wall and base cabinets are lined up along the length of the kitchen on both sides. One side has the cooking area with the microwave and induction hob by Siemens above which hangs a compact Elica hood. The tall cabinets house the integrated Siemens fridge – freezer and microwave.
The opposite side has the wet area with the Franke undermount sink and the masterpiece Quooker Flex Tap that dispenses filtered water – room temperature, boiling, cold and sparkling.
A line of 4 stunning black glass cabinets with interior spotlights perch on top of the island peninsula.
The storage has been magnified by the use of pull-out larder units, LeMans unit, internal drawers and more. The annexed laundry room has a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer.

This project also has a multitude of the luxurious lights by Occhio. The airy living area with the bar is lit by a cloud of ceiling lights Mito Soffittos. The dining room with direct access from the kitchen is crowned with 3 Mito Sospeso pendant lights with adjustable height. The kitchen island is ambiently illuminated by a couple of io Sospeso pendant lights. The marble staircase is lit by up-down lights io Verticale.
