A luxurious villa with an open plan layout located in one of the recently developed premium properties – Mohammed Bin Rashid City. An extremely muted palette has been created with our premium German kitchen range next125 in Sand Grey matt velvet lacquer combined with polished Sapienstone Arabescato.

The colors, finishes and layout is created to seamlessly merge with the surroundings yet stand out making a statement.

All the appliances are from Miele except the Elica skydome hood. The hood is flush ceiling mount to ensure a clear vision line from the kitchen through the living area to the outdoors.

To retain the kitchen aesthetics as well as strategically positioning the sink away from the living area, a niche has been created within the tall cabinets. The backsplash has been added with utility with the next125 cube system. Everything is at arms reach, without the conventional fixed shelves and cabinets. 

The island is crowned with Occhio’s Mito Sospeso pendant lights in bronze finish. The height of these lights can be adjusted alongwith them being gesture controlled.

A petite kitchen with every inch being efficient and high aesthetic value!
