Our company is a leader in the Interior Design industry and is based in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for an experienced human resources expert who can lead and support our HR department.
Your tasks:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that meet business needs.
– Recruitment, selection and onboarding of qualified personnel.
– Employee development and further training.
– Conflict resolution and support with employee matters.
– Ensuring compliance with all UAE labor regulations.
Requirements:
– At least five years of proven human resources experience in the UAE.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
– In-depth understanding of UAE labor regulations.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Fluent oral and written English skills.
