Parador management has rolled out a series of measures to substantially reduce carbon dioxide emissions, specially in the manufacturing process. Their Coesfeld and Güssing production sites are switching to 100% green electricity, avoiding oil heating and adopting resource-efficient production to name a few of the active changes.
Extensive measures listed by the Federal Environment Agency like EcoDesign criteria and resource efficiency have been scheduled to be adopted in phases by Parador.
Parador reports as per the German Sustainability Code standards. As part of their EMAS III (Eco-management & Audit Scheme) certification, Parador publishes environmental statement which is validated by an external environment expert since 2016. This is a testimony of the consistent work Parador puts in for the upkeep, sustenance and longevity of their resources.

Wooden flooring is created with locally sourced timber that means shorter distance movement. To create long lasting eco-friendly solutions, the base material for the engineered wood flooring, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring and all the other products is created entirely with recyclable materials.
