Located in the prestigious Pearl Jumeirah and part of a high-end villa, this show kitchen — complemented by a fully equipped back kitchen — was thoughtfully designed by Arwa Hajjaj to serve as both a culinary space and a design statement. Positioned in front of the villa’s private pool, the kitchen invites natural light and striking reflections throughout the day.
Spanning over 10 meters of tall units and 8 meters of kitchen island, the layout celebrates clean geometry and generous proportions. The tall units are finished in Polymer Glass Taupe Metal from the Schüller collection — a matte laminate that looks like metal with a subtle shine, offering durability and resistance to fingerprints, making it easy to keep clean.
In contrast, the island features veneer fronts in Tobacco Knotty Oak by next125, adding natural warmth and texture. The worktop by Inalco enhances the sleek aesthetic with a refined stone look and excellent performance.
A hidden passage door leads discreetly to the back kitchen, keeping the main space looking clean and uncluttered. Inside, smart compartment systems ensure organized storage, from cutlery to cooking utensils.
To complete the experience, the client selected high-end appliances from Gaggenau, Miele, and Liebherr — reflecting their commitment to both performance and prestige.
This kitchen is a showcase of modern German craftsmanship — seamless, intelligent, and made to impress.
