The next125 showroom by Oliver Göttling covers an area of approximately 400 square metres in the Ubora Tower, situated in Business Bay in the heart of Dubai. “I wanted a spectacular and unique studio concept“, explains Göttling. From the fully glazed area on the 34th floor, customers can see all the special landmarks at a glance. There are people from over 200 nations in the UAE. It was this diversity that fascinated the 46-year-old on his first visit 17 years ago. The tastes and preferences in Dubai are as varied as the inhabitants are multicultural. Which is why Göttling‘s showroom features a variety of styles. “Quality and competence is, however, in demand in all areas.“ reveals the experienced retailer. The kitchens in Dubai also have to withstand more unusual requirements than in Europe. Executed are extravagant commissions, such as a next125 kitchen on the 86th floor of the tallest tower in the world, the Burj Khalifa.
