Exploring Our Exquisite Show Kitchen
Our journey through the multi-kitchen, pantry, and laundry room begins with the exceptional show kitchen, meticulously crafted with Schüller’s satin lacquer fronts. The cabinetry, featuring Seashell White wall and tall units juxtaposed with an Onyx Black island, creates a striking contrast, accentuated by abundant natural light. This deliberate design choice prevents a wash-out effect and is further enhanced by a Laminam polished Natural Calacatta worktop and backsplash, contrasted with a darker Nero Assoluto worktop for the island.
Despite being a show kitchen, it is fully operational and equipped with top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances, including an oven, combi-steam oven, combi-microwave oven, warming drawer, espresso machine, built-in fridge and freezer, table ventilation downdraft hood, and a home connect induction hob.
This kitchen is a masterpiece, elevating the aesthetics of the open-plan premium villa layout. Additionally, a concealed door on the right side of the kitchen leads to the wine storage, back kitchen, and utility area, seamlessly integrating functionality with design.

A short passage from the show kitchen leads to the back kitchen, designed to maximize functionality and elegance. This passage features three tall wine coolers on one wall and a series of tall cabinets on the opposite wall, optimizing the use of space.
At the end of this corridor lies the back kitchen, dedicated to the primary cooking activities. It is crafted with the same Schüller finishes used in the main kitchen, with a worktop and backsplash made from Laminam Natural Statuario Altissimo in a matt finish. The sink and mixer are from Franke, consistent with the fixtures in the show kitchen.
The back kitchen is equipped with an extensive range of high-end appliances, including a five-burner gas hob, oven, combi-microwave oven, fully integrated refrigerator and freezer by Gaggenau, an integrated dishwasher from Siemens, and a hidden hood by Elica. The layout is thoughtfully designed to provide individual workspaces for staff to prepare food at different stages, enhancing efficiency.
Storage solutions are optimized with drawers and cabinets featuring cutlery inserts, while the overall kitchen design maintains a clean, architectural aesthetic with a tip-on mechanism for handleless cabinet doors. This meticulous attention to detail ensures a seamless blend of functionality and style.
Enhanced Utility Room with Superior Functionality
This back kitchen seamlessly transitions into the utility room, which is dedicated to storage and laundry needs. The space is compact yet efficiently designed, featuring an array of cabinets with top-of-the-line features. The same high-quality finishes used in both the main and back kitchens are applied here, with matching worktops and backsplashes crafted from the same stone as the back kitchen.
Storage solutions are meticulously organized with base cabinets, drawers, and open shelves. A series of tall cabinets house additional open shelves, a pull-out laundry holder, and a hanging rail. A full-height sorting cabinet with a perforated door allows for quick and easy access to sort and drop laundry without needing to open the cabinet. Completing the laundry setup are premium Miele appliances, including a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

A cozy family room on the first floor of the villa, nestled between the bedrooms, features a compact pantry island. This pantry serves as a beverage counter for the family breakout space. It is equipped with a Liebherr under-worktop refrigerator, a Franke sink and mixer, and a waste bin unit. The finishes and stone used in this pantry match those of the back kitchen, ensuring a consistent and cohesive design throughout the home.
