Villa Bianca- An urban oasis in Jumeirah
Mansoor approached us in 2013 when he started building Villa Bianca, a tranquil location in glamorous Jumeirah. He wanted a space that reflected his minimalistic discerning taste and wanted us to consult on design for his entire home comprising his kitchen, wardrobes, furniture, soft seating, lighting and rugs.
This was a unique opportunity for the design team at Goettling Interiors to create a design solution by curating iconic styles and pieces across all our Made-in-Germany brands such as Schueller, Cor, Interluebke, Occhio and miinu for a one-of-a-kind Dubai home.
For the kitchen, we opted for a timeless Crystal White in high gloss lacquer with a shimmery metallic agate quartz worktop for that classic black and white look. Appliances from Siemens.
In the adjoining dining room, we chose the Jails table by Cor in natural Walnut veneer and black wire legs coupled with uber comfy Jails chair in nude leather and black wire legs.
For the living room and TV area, the iconic Elm sofa by Cor was the perfect fit (featuring an Oiled Walnut Base and Cement Grey Upholstery )accompanied by Cor Elm Coffee Table with a Smoked Glass top. The showstopper TV unit is from the Soma range by Kettnaker in a White Matt Lacquer with book matched Ziricote Matt Veneer in steel pedestal and Ziricote Veneer Shelves. To finish, we used a shimmery ocean-esque Green Moss by miinu to heighten the luxe appeal.
We had the opportunity to plan 5 wardrobes for Villa Bianca’s upper floor for which we took advantage of Interluebke’s specialty wardrobe solutions across the Base and Collect ranges.
Last but not least, Occhio was the preferred modular lighting brand for this gorgeous villa. Our favorite luminaire is the cult classic of island lights, the Sento Sospeso!
